I am a lightworker, energy healer, and student of the universe with a passion to help others improve their wellbeing and connect with their own gifts.  My intuitive gifts are activating quickly through spoken light language, hand movements, and intuitive messages received from spirit.  This makes my emotion code sessions a unique and powerful container to release dense energy, be witnessed in your current expression, and unlock your own unique codes to share with the world.

I was born and raised in Texas and moved to Costa Rica from Austin in June 2021 a family fell in love with the abundance of nature with the warm oceans, jungle mountains, and abundance of wildlife.  We made fast friends with locals and people from all over the world experiencing the “Pura Vida” laid back lifestyle. After the craziness of the pandemic, we decided to make Samara, Costa Rica our new home.

During this time, I was immersed in a supportive community of people looking to alternative ways to heal the body and mind without pharmaceuticals.  That’s when I discovered Emotion Code, frequency work, sound healing, meditation, breath work, plant medicine ceremonies, and other modalities to harmonize the energy of the body.  This began an unexpected spiritual journey for me that has changed my life forever.  I have a greater awareness of the patterns, distortions, and energies that have negatively affected me, my family, and ancestors. I immediately knew that I wanted to help people discover and learn about more natural healing methods and finally became certified as an Emotion Code Practitioner in May 2024.  I love helping all people but I especially have a passion for doing this work for kids as their innocence and openness (along with fewer years to accumulate blockages) can allow noticeable changes faster allowing confirmation of the effectiveness of energetic healing.
